Suave Brands and Elida Beauty have joined forces to create a new personal care company called Evermark. Both companies are portfolio entities of private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners. The merger brings together a portfolio of widely recognized household brands across hair, body, and lip care.

Evermark’s lineup includes iconic U.S. brands such as Suave, used by nearly half of American households, Q-tips, the top-selling cotton swab in the country, and ChapStick, the leading lip balm brand by volume. The company’s portfolio also includes well-known brands like Pond’s, Caress, St. Ives, Noxzema, and TIGI, as well as international names such as V05, Brut, Impulse, Alberto Balsam, Timotei, and Monsavon. The new company is expected to make around USD 1.9 billion in yearly sales, showing its size and market reach.

In terms of leadership, Daniel Alter, the current CEO of Suave Brands, will become CEO of Evermark, while Alfie Vivian, formerly CEO of Elida Beauty, will oversee the European business as President. The existing Suave management team will continue overseeing the business, supported by key leaders from Elida Beauty.

Evermark is slowly rolling out its new name on packaging and materials. The merger will make the company stronger and allow it to add more brands. Evermark is now set to reach millions of people with its trusted personal care products.
