KT brought more than 5,000 salon owners from 18 states and over 50 cities to the Indian Hair and Beauty Conference in Jaipur, creating a national platform for India’s salon industry.
KT organized the event at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre under Managing Director and CEO Dhruv Sayani, in association with the Hair and Beauty Federation. Organizers called it a historic first for a KT-led salon conference of this scale in India.
Rajasthan Governor Haribhau Bagde inaugurated the conference, and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari attended as chief guest. Their presence highlighted the role of Indian beauty businesses in entrepreneurship, jobs and economic growth.
The Governor urged homegrown brands to compete globally, in line with Make in India and Vocal for Local. The Deputy Chief Minister praised the sector’s contribution to livelihoods, skills and women’s participation.
Sayani called the conference a landmark for salon unity and asked salon owners to back Indian products, including KT. He outlined a vision for KT to enter salons nationwide through a partnership built on professional quality, education and shared business growth.
He said supporting capable Indian brands at home builds a strong base for global expansion and adds value within India. He also encouraged greater awareness of government schemes and skill-development programs for salon entrepreneurs.
Salon owners gained a platform to learn, connect and share a vision. KT called the event a major success and a base for continued engagement with salon owners.
