Background-
St. Ives, VO5, TIGI and Q-tips owner Elida Beauty has stood up an independent digital core with SnapLogic and Pace Integration, laying a scalable foundation after parting ways with Unilever. The business, serving more than 300 million consumers annually, needed a standalone IT and operations environment without disrupting global trading.
Elida selected SnapLogic as its integration backbone, with Pace Integration leading implementation. The platform connects multiple ERP instances, logistics providers, supply chain tools and data fabric platforms through a single governed layer, using reusable patterns to speed deployment across markets.
Tim Bates, Head of IT Strategy and Applications at Elida Beauty, said the company built a new business from the ground up while continuing to operate globally, and the platform let a lean team design and evolve integrations in weeks rather than quarters.
Since going live, the platform has processed thousands of sales orders across more than 400 integration pipelines, with 30 scheduled tasks orchestrating ERP, supply chain and finance workflows.
Thomas Peach, co-founder of Pace Integration, said reusing integrations across regions helped the team meet separation milestones while building an architecture ready for growth. Nick Pike, vice president for EMEA at SnapLogic, said the project showed separation, modernisation and scaling could move forward together, with the unified data layer giving Elida greater agility.
The platform also supports Elida’s data fabric and analytics strategy, feeding near-real-time information to cloud systems for forecasting, inventory and reporting, laying an AI-ready foundation for future automation.
