Future Beauty Brands (FBB), a global beauty platform and portfolio company of Yellow Wood Partners, has appointed Heather Wallace as Chief Executive Officer to lead the company’s next phase of global growth and brand expansion.
Dana Schmaltz, Partner at Yellow Wood Partners, said the firm was excited to welcome Wallace as CEO, adding that they had known her for many years and admired her career achievements. She said the firm looked forward to partnering with Wallace and building on FBB’s strong product portfolio and global brand presence.
Wallace brings over 20 years of experience leading global beauty and consumer health businesses, with expertise spanning skincare, dermatology, hair care and cosmetics, alongside commercial strategy and operations. She most recently served as President, US, at Galderma, and earlier served as CEO and Board Member of Curology.
Wallace said FBB had a strong foundation built on an exciting portfolio of iconic beauty brands, and that she was honoured to lead the company into its next stage of growth. She added that she looked forward to partnering with Yellow Wood to strengthen the brands, expand global reach, and deliver innovative products for consumers worldwide.
Wallace previously served as President of the Americas at Revlon, leading commercial operations across North and Latin America. Earlier in her career, she led Henkel Beauty North America and spent nearly a decade at Novartis Consumer Health.
Yellow Wood Partner Tad Yanagi said Wallace brought an exceptional mix of global beauty expertise and transformational leadership, adding that she was well positioned to unlock FBB’s potential. Wallace succeeds Rob Keen, who held the role since January.
